Email The Natural Resource Conservation Board is an advisory board to the City Council that will develop and recommend to City Council a policy framework for the maintenance and preservation of Blaine’s natural resources. The board will also develop a Natural Resource Plan, which includes long term and near term objectives and a plan for the acquisition of significant natural areas.
