The Blaine Fine Arts Council is a volunteer committee. The mission of the Council is to promote, advance and celebrate the fine arts in our community for the appreciation and participation of our residents. The Blaine Arts Council will now be meeting on the second Tuesday of each month. The meetings are held in Blaine City Hall beginning at 6:30 PM.
