The City of Blaine has an Emergency Management Program as part the City's Safety Services Division. Three members of the Safety Services Division staff the Emergency Management Program. The Director, Deputy Director and Assistant Deputy Director. The Director and Deputy Director are certified Emergency Managers with the State of Minnesota.
