   Emergency Management Plan

It is the responsibility of the Emergency Management Program to create and maintain an Emergency Plan for the city. The Emergency Plan was developed as an "all hazards plan" which means that it will function in any type of event whether of "natural or man made causes". The Blaine Emergency Plan was reviewed and approved by the state of Minnesota's Regional Review Committee in 2002.
