Winter Parking Regulations Sign
Bullet No parking on any Blaine street between the hours of 2 a.m. and 7 a.m. from Nov. 1 through April 1. Please note that there are several posted signs regarding this parking restriction throughout the city; however, a sign is not posted on every city street.
Bullet No parking on any highway, street or alley for more than 12 hours after snow begins to fall.
Other permanent parking ordinances:
Bullet No parking in a fire lane. These areas are generally posted.
Bullet

No parking where prohibited by a sign.
Bullet

No parking of vehicles marked “For Sale” upon any public property, including public right-of-ways and easements; or, upon any private property, unless the vehicle is stored, displayed or parked on an improved hard surface designed and improved for vehicle travel and only if the vehicle is registered to the property upon which it is stored, displayed or parked.
